Management

The new Master’s programme in Management is multidisciplinary and academically challenging. It aims to provide the business world with active, responsible and creative professionals. Students learn to use a range of management tools to address the complex and ever changing reality of business. At the same time, they become more aware of the cultural, political and moral challenges present in these situations. Each student can choose from two different specialisations. The first, human resources (HR) and development work, provides high-level training for students who are interested in HR and want to understand and improve the quality of human action. The second, business leadership, helps students face challenges in strategic innovation and social entrepreneurship, thus giving an up-todate picture of international organizations and HR management.

In the Master's programme in Management, only the specialization field in Business Leadership can currently be completed in English and the specialization field in Human Resources and Development Work can currently be completed only in Finnish.
