Bioinformation Technology

Degree Programme in Bioinformation Technology offers Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. BioIT is a multidisciplinary programme where the teaching is organized in three different Aalto University engineering schools (School of Electrical Engineering, School of Science, School of Chemical Technology).  Bachelor-level studies are primarily offered in Finnish. On master-level, more teaching is offered in English also.

Admission procedure 2012

The applicants for master's degree should fill in the on-line application form, available only during the application period 2 January - 15 February.

Studying Technology

In addition to lectures, a course may include problem-solving exercises, individual or group design work or laboratory work.
